As a your birth doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support in pregnancy, labor and birth, and in postpartum. The goal is for you to have centered, continuous support however you may need.

A membership that includes 40+ videos dedicated to somatic and EFT practices to bring you back home in your body and rooted in your experience as mother. A community experience so you know you are not alone.

Experience a trauma-informed and safe space for you to debrief from your pregnancy, birth, or postpartum experience. I’m here to witness you and help you unravel from any experiences that have led you to feel anything but capable, supported, and empowered.
