In our bodies, we can understand the depths of ourselves and move stagnant energy to “feel like yourself” again. (But it’s actually a new you, reborn in motherhood and expanding into your most thriving self yet!)

No one teaches us how to hold the emotional and energetic range necessary for the ongoing initiations of motherhood. Let’s ground together and come out the other side–knowing who the f*** we are. That our bodies are the safest, richest, juiciest, hearthiest space we could be.

Before we let this stress become chronic in the body, we must learn to regulate and create space for safety, for joy. We must expand the ability of our bodies to receive and release stress to hold more good.

  • 40+ videos that provide you with an energetic toolkit to guide you through your ongoing postpartum experience.

    Practices are only 5-15 minutes for you to drop into the body in the times you have space, including while holding baby. The techniques are either somatic healing or EFT based.

    Monthly workshops will be held live for the community to gather and for you to connect deeper to yourself and what you need to embody or release.

  • Oh, hello! Forgot to introduce myself—I’m Kass, the face of The Embodied Mother. I thought I knew what energy work and healing was when I healed myself of my chronic condition, vulvodynia, years ago. But when I became a mother, I realized that I needed to be a lot more in tune with my body to hold the initiations of motherhood. Through somatic practice, I went from experiencing birth trauma and an absolutely rattled nervous system with a colic baby as a first time mom to feeling so easeful and devoted to pleasure and play now as a mom of two. However motherhood has put you through the ringer, there is so much beauty to be held here as we return our bodies to safety and explore the absolute pleasure it is to be a woman and mother. That’s what I want to share with you.
