No one teaches us how to hold the emotional and energetic range necessary for the ongoing initiations of motherhood. Let’s ground together and come out the other side–knowing who the f*** we are. That our bodies are the safest, richest, juiciest, hearthiest space we could be.

Our minds perceive threats through our babies crying, the intensity of birth, the lack of rest, and the new experiences of having our energy fully focused on another being other than ourselves.

Before we let this stress become chronic in the body, we must learn to regulate and create space for safety, for joy. We must expand the ability of our bodies to receive and release stress to hold more good.

One in five women develop a mental illness in their pregnancy or postpartum. We can listen to our bodies and mother from a healed and activated space starting NOW.

  • 40+ videos that provide you with an energetic toolkit to guide you through your postpartum experience, broken up into collections for you to find what you need in that moment.

    Practices are only 5-15 minutes for you to drop into the body in the times you have space. If you’re feeling the desire to continue the practices longer than 5-10 minutes and have the time and space to do so, I definitely invite you to honor your body.

    The techniques are either somatic healing or EFT based. The somatic healing practices create the space for you to tune in to your body and shift the energy through breath, movement, and sound. The EFT practices are for you to tune into the body and shift your energy through rewiring new beliefs.

  • Group live streams will be held monthly where I will answer real-time questions and concerns. Daily support is available through our group. If you can’t make the lives, you can always catch up later. This is a space where we can safely share current experiences and get feedback on how to move through them. After the 40 videos are completed, there will be monthly workshops/rituals dedicated to themes that serve you most where you are. Just comment in the group chat/comment section with feedback, shared experiences, or suggestions!
